How she Earned her Cutie Mark: Being blind, Foreshadow always felt lonely and left out as a filly. She needed a private tutor to help her with school, and she knew that there was nothing wrong with being special, but even so, she wished she could be useful. One night, she went to bed with a feeling of dread. When she told her mom that she was afraid, her mother laughed, cuddled her, and sent her back to bed. When Foreshadow reached her room, she closed her eyes for just a moment and saw an image of disaster - the entire town of Ponyville in ruins, charred and smoldering. Frightened by suddenly being able to see, Foreshadow blindly left the house and woke up the firemares, begging them to check for fire hazards. By the time she convinced them to get up, an entire store was on fire, thanks to a couple of careless foals who were roasting marshmallows in back. The chief thanked Foreshadow and asked her how she knew a fire was going to start. When Foreshadow let her know, the chief told her that she has a real talent, and Foreshadow felt a tingling sensation on her flank. She was then told that she'd earned her cutie mark.

Personality: Foreshadow hardly shows any emotions other than a faint smile or a frown. When she gets angry, she can be quite intimidating.
